1. General Information

Faydani Skin Clinic provides non-medical skincare and aesthetic treatments performed by qualified and insured practitioners.

Our services are designed to enhance and maintain skin health and confidence, not to diagnose or treat medical conditions.

2. Eligibility

  • Clients must be 18 years or older to book aesthetic treatments.

  • Proof of age may be required before treatment.

  • Some basic skincare services may be available for under-18s with a parent or guardian’s consent.

3. Booking & Deposit Policy

  • A 20% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

  • The remaining balance is payable on or before the day of your appointment.

  • Deposits are non-transferable to another person or service unless approved by the clinic.

  • Prices are listed in GBP (£) and may change without prior notice.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice incur a 50% charge of the treatment cost.

  • Same-day cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) incur a 100% charge.

  • Repeated late cancellations may result in future bookings being declined.

  • To reschedule, please contact hello@faydaniskinclinic.co.uk as early as possible.

5. No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to attend without notice will be charged the full treatment cost.

  • A new deposit will be required before any future bookings.

  • After two no-shows, the clinic reserves the right to decline further appointments.

6. Late Arrival Policy

  • Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.

  • Clients more than 10 minutes late may have their treatment shortened.

  • Clients more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, which will be treated as a late cancellation.

7. Refund Policy

  • Treatments and deposits are non-refundable once performed or missed.

  • Refunds are only issued if the clinic cancels and cannot offer an alternative date.

  • Skincare product sales are non-refundable once opened or used due to hygiene regulations.

  • No refunds are provided for treatment outcomes, as results vary individually.

8. Consultation & Client Information

  • Before your first appointment, you’ll complete a short consultation form to help us assess your skin type, concerns, and suitability for treatment.

  • Clients must provide accurate information regarding allergies, skin conditions, and recent treatments.

  • Faydani Skin Clinic cannot be held responsible for reactions or results due to withheld or incorrect information.

  • Consultation information is confidential and used solely for client care and record-keeping.

9. Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

  • We maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all clients.

  • Faydani Skin Clinic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone behaving in a rude, aggressive, or inappropriate manner, whether in person, online, or by phone.

  • Abusive communication will result in removal from the booking system and refusal of future services.

10. Gift Voucher Policy

  • Gift vouchers may be purchased for a specific treatment or a monetary value.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

11. Liability & Disclaimer

  • All treatments are performed by experienced, insured practitioners using professional-grade products and equipment.

  • Clients acknowledge that treatment results vary depending on skin type, age, and lifestyle.

  • While we aim for the best possible outcomes, results are not guaranteed.

  • Faydani Skin Clinic is not liable for dissatisfaction with results unless caused by proven negligence.

  • Clients are responsible for following pre- and post-treatment advice; failure to do so may affect results or cause complications, for which the clinic is not liable.

  • The clinic accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property on the premises.

  • Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or injury caused by negligence or fraud.
