Ness has 12 years post graduate nursing experience and is trained to masters level in critical care. She started out in the aesthetics industry 6 years ago using laser technology and later moved into the injectable field of aesthetics.
She is a highly trusted and sought-after professional yet remains approachable, discreet and reassuring. Her mission is to deliver outstanding results in partnership with her patients, that boost confidence by setting out an achievable and individual treatment plan. Ness is passionate about safety in aesthetics and ensuring that aesthetics is a carefully regulated profession, conducted with integrity, precision and care.

Louise is an experienced Registered Nurse with over 15 years working across urgent care and primary care settings. Her clinical background includes roles as both a Staff Nurse and Nurse Practitioner, and she is also a qualified Nurse Prescriber. Louise now specialises in women’s health in her day-to-day practice — a focus that perfectly aligns with her passion for supporting patients through every stage of their health and wellbeing journey.
Her move into aesthetics was inspired by a deep admiration for Oracle Clinics’ founder, Ness Griffiths. Louise has long respected Ness’s commitment to integrity and patient safety in the aesthetics field and feels proud to be joining a team that shares her values. Aimee brings a wealth of healthcare experience to Oracle Clinics, with a background that spans both midwifery and oral surgery. She began her career as a GDC-registered Dental Nurse in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery before qualifying as a Midwife — a role she continues to practise in the North East. Her calm, reassuring presence and clinical expertise make her a trusted practitioner for those seeking both aesthetic and women’s wellness treatments.
Her transition into aesthetics felt like a natural evolution of her skill set, combining a detailed understanding of anatomy with a passion for helping others feel empowered and confident. HOW LONG DO EXTEND LASH EXTENSIONS LAST?
With immediate results, Extend lashes can last up to 6 weeks but with regular infills every 2-3 weeks they can last longer.
HOW DO EXTEND INDIVIDUAL EYELASH EXTENSIONS WORK?
To create Extend lashes, a Nouveau Lashes qualified lash artist uses a 1-on-1 technique to apply one individual lash extension onto one of your natural lashes, resulting in beautiful sets of semi-permanent lashes. Our individual lashes come in a range of lengths, curls and weights so your lash artist can create customisable looks that are tailored to your unique eye shape, resulting in an authentic set of natural looking eyelash extensions. You’ll have a consultation to determine what bespoke looks they can create for you and once your treatment begins, you can relax whilst your lash artist transforms your lashes.
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING AN EXTEND TREATMENT
Individual eyelash extensions are a closed eye treatment, so you'll need to close your eyes fully whilst your lash artist works from behind your head. They will apply all of the appropriate protective wear including tape or lash pads to separate your lower lashes and protect your undereye from the tweezers which are used to separate each lash. Classic lashes are known for adding a subtle but effective enhancement to create beautiful, natural eyelash extensions – if you are wanting a fuller look, try our Hybrid or Russian Volume.

How does the LVL Lash Lift work?
To create the Length Volume Lift effect, our lash-health first products are applied step-by-step by a qualified lash artist. Following on from your patch test and consultation, the lash artist will apply the appropriate shape shield to your eyelid and your lashes will be pressed against this using a bonding gel.
How long does LVL Lash Lift last?
With the right aftercare, lash lifts can last up to 8 weeks and will grow out with your natural lash cycle.
What to expect during an LVL Treatment
Step 1: Lift
With all the lashes neatly bonded, a lifting balm is then applied which allows the structure and shape of your lashes to change and be lifted at the root
Step 2: Volumise
Once this has been removed, a 2-in-1 volumising fix and tint is applied, sealing your lashes into their new shape and adding volume and definition.
Step 3: Balance
A pH balancing serum is applied to the lashes, strengthening from within and coating from the outside to help protect, increase shine and prevent over-processing.
Step 4: Moisturise
Finally, a moisturising serum is applied to nourish the lashes, help lock in tint colour and ease them off the shield, revealing beautifully healthy, lifted lashes. Enriched with a film former, it helps to instantly hold the new curl while your lashes are still settling into place.

How often should clients have microdermabrasion treatments?
MD Treatments are usually performed every 7 to 10 days for optimal results.
